CNC Lathe Programmer Setter/Operator
Asco Engineering Ltd require a CNC Setter / Operator, with detailed setting and programming skills and with the ability to run complex machines, including setting and operating CNC Lathes with various controls.
Candidates should be competent in reading layouts or drawings, and ideally be able to pick up drawing and raw material, program and run job and be able to create new programmes from scratch and use troubleshooting skills to identify and correct machining problems.
Knowledge of Fanuc, Siemans, Mazak, Heiden Hain or Protrak would be advantageous.
Once fully trained candidates will be expected to cross function on more than one machine, and adapt to new areas quickly and safely.
Salary dependent upon relevant experience.
Working hours are 08:00 to 16:30 Mon to Fri, plus fantastic opportunities for overtime.
